Founder
Christian Charles
Founder — Arc Innovative
Christian Charles started as a consumer and engineer who noticed where business operations and systems break down, then began solving those problems directly. He serves in the West Virginia Army National Guard and founded ARC Innovative as an engineer and operator — not as a side project. The business was built from scratch, funded by a day job, with no investors and no outside help. The systems that run ARC — the server infrastructure, client automations, and internal workflows — were built by hand.
His technical foundation runs through real environments. He placed 1st at Cisco BridgeHacks 2022 — a competitive team hackathon where his project involved UI/UX design for a mobile app — earned a place in the Cisco High School Externship alongside industry mentors and work groups, and is one course away from his Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification through Stanley Community College, NC. Coursework across Adobe applications, Python, HTML, JavaScript, and hands-on electronics and circuit work all feed directly into what ARC delivers for clients.
Outside the work, Christian leads as a Young Life youth mentor and has volunteered across multiple community organizations. For clients, that translates simply: you're working with someone who solves problems directly, builds things that last, and shows up when it counts.
