Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For retainers, billing starts on the first of each month after launch.
How long does a typical project take?
We move at the speed you give us information. Simple websites can be live in under two weeks when content, photos, and feedback come in quickly. More complex builds typically run 3–6 weeks. There's no fixed deadline that's out of your control — the timeline is ours to manage and yours to accelerate by staying responsive.
What do I need to provide to get started?
At minimum: a list of your services, any photos of your business or team, and a sense of what you like or don't like visually. A logo helps but isn't required — we can design one. The more you have ready, the faster we move.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of post-launch support included. After that, monthly retainers are available for ongoing management, updates, content, and optimization.
Do I own everything after the project?
Yes. All code, content, and assets are yours. We don't lock you into proprietary platforms or hold your site hostage if you leave.
What if I need changes during the build?
Minor revisions are expected and included. Major scope changes mid-project are scoped separately. We're clear about what's in and out of scope before work starts so there are no surprises.
