Payment Support
If you made a payment through Stripe, your receipt is sent to the email used at checkout. If you need help with a payment, duplicate charge, failed payment, deposit, balance, or invoice, contact us with your name, business name, payment date, and email used at checkout.
Project Support
For active projects, contact us with your business name and project type. We can help with project status, content requests, timelines, revisions, launch support, and maintenance questions.
Agreements and Terms
Some projects require a signed service agreement before build work begins. If you completed checkout but have not received your agreement yet, your project may be under manual review. Agreements are usually sent within 1 business day.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and project changes are reviewed according to Arc Innovative's Terms of Service and the signed service agreement connected to the project.
